Our printer repair costs are as shown below. Whether it's an on-site repair or a workshop repair the price below is what you will pay no matter how long the job takes. We have no hidden extras and 95% of faults can be fixed on site at one visit. Don't get caught out by the many repair companies who charge a callout fee and then an hourly rate.

Your printers and fax machines are an essential part of your operations and most businesses will find it extremely inconvenient if a breakdown causes downtime. An untimely breakdown could cause a proposal or tender document being late and result in a loss of profit.

Regular servicing of printers and fax machines has proven to be beneficial and will reduce the risks of failure. We recommend that printers and fax machines should be serviced annually to remove the build up of dust, toner and other debris inside your printer. These substances are potentially harmful to your machines causing such irritations as paper jams and dirty marks. To keep your printer working at its peak performance level we will remove these contaminants from your machine thereby reducing the risks of breakdown. See below our 12 Point Service Programme.

We will remind you each year that your service is due and arrange a convenient time for us to carry out this remedial work. If we do find that some component is close to failure during the service we will advise you and quote for replacement of the offending component. No work is carried out without your expressed authorisation so that you are always aware of the costs involved.

If, in our opinion, the cost of repairing a printer is uneconomic we will make you aware of it and no costs will be incurred.
